Humanization and Developability Prediction

Humanized antibodies are antibodies from non-human species whose protein sequences have been modified to increase their similarity to antibody variants produced naturally in humans.

We use our structure module to dynamicaly simulate the changes of antibody structures. By amino acid substitution and fragments replacement, we can humanize and predict the developability of antibody structure. Therefore, we can freeze the CDR structure and protect the affinity from CDR regions.
